Durofix is pleased to announce the latest new product in our professional assembly tools range, the RV2054 with its built-in advanced transducer sensing and control. This next-generation wireless precision tool is one of our first tools to incorporate EPS (Electronic Pulse System) that increases control for the operator by reducing the torque reaction during tightening and our new ZigBee protocol which allows for better signal, low power consumption and better battery life.
With its real-time feedback with its built-in transducer for instant reading showing actual achieved torque or angle value and batch count. Ability to connect to PLC units to collect all fastening data for good fixings and not good with LED indicator & optional buzzer. It can store up to 1,000 cycles to feedback to the PLC unit, these tools are designed to deliver perfect fixings by any operator.
